Together with Garren Elorde of Elorde Boxing Alabang, let’s get our bodies moving, increase strength and immunity, and finally get our bride bod ready for your wedding! If you’re looking to lose weight, flatten your stomach, tone muscles, then this wedding workout is worth a try. You can do it right at home, with or without equipment. If you need a little challenge but have no equipment, you can easily substitute anything as weights such as a stack of books or a box.
